Student Athlete Of The Week – May 8

Gabby Andrews of Lakeshore High School Track and Field is Berrien County’s Student Athlete of the Week for the week of April 26, 2015. Gabby won the shot put at the Rotary Meet with a throw of 35ft. 9in. That mark is her personal best and ranks her 11th in the state in Division 2.

Gabby is also a member of the Lakeshore High School Key Club and Pom Pon squad, and is currently reigning as Miss Stevensville. In the classroom, she carries a 3.4 grade point average.

Gabby is the daughter of James and Christine Andrews of St. Joseph.

Another finalist for the week was Jenna Faultersack of Coloma Softball.
