Benton Harbor Advances To State Semis

Benton Harbor 71, Williamston 51
Benton Harbor earned a return trip to the Class B State Semifinals with a 71-51 win over Williamston Tuesday night.

With the game tied at 30 at the half, the Tigers outscored the Hornets 18-9 in the third quarter and continued to pull away in the fourth. Dennie Brown led the Benton Harbor attack with 18 points. In all, the Tigers had five players score in double figures. Williamston got a game high 19 points from Cole Kleiver.

Benton Harbor advances to face River Rouge in the State Semifinals Friday at 5:30 at the Breslin Center in East Lansing. The Panthers defeated Dearborn Divine Child 59-44.
