Mini Vacation/Thanksgiving fun
Well a random thought. I've been on vacation from work this week, but I still like posting here so, I thought I'd check in this week on a mini Thanksgiving Holiday.
I've got 4 games in 4 days.
Wednesday night, I went to the Grand Rapids Griffins vs. Manchester Monarchs hockey game in GR at Van Andel Arena. I really love going to Griffins games. I used to have season tickets for 8 years, but the basketball season switch a year ago prevented me from keeping those tickets.
Grand Rapids lost in a shootout 3-2. I got to see Detroit Red Wings forward Darren McCarty who was sent down to GR on Wednesday.
I'm just getting ready to leave my brother's house in Lansing and head to Detroit for the Lions game, Yes I'm actually going to watch the Lions get blasted by Tennessee.
Tomorrow.... RED WINGS vs. Columbus... I'll be at the Joe Louis in Detroit.
Saturday.... I haven't made up my mind yet, I am either going to go back to Ford Field for some of the Saturday Championship games, or I am going to Port Huron to watch another hockey game.
Gotta go. Got my Barry Sanders jersey on....
